Vanessa van der Swaagh
(Managing Director)

Vanessa's background is diverse. She holds tertiary qualifications in Admin & Business, HR & OH&S. Vanessa has worked in the mining, transport (road & rail) and hospitality industries. She has performed all range of tasks within these sectors and so has an understanding of the problems faced on almost every level of a business. She has a wide contact network for additional support if needed by clients for their particular issues. Vanessa is a member of the RCSA and Australian Human Resources Institute. Most recently Vanessa was awarded the Telstra Young Business Womens Award for WA - 2008 and is to compete nationally in this catagory.

Jeff Graham
(Director)

Jeff has over 18 years experience in the mining industry with BHP, WMC and as a consultant in engineering, supervisory training, HR and recruitment. He has qualifications in marketing, management and engineering trade studies.

Bill James
(Director) B.Bus. C.P.A.

Bill is a qualified CPA Accountant and Director of a medium size public accounting practice. He has many years experience providing business and taxation advice. Bill advises on legislative requirements involved in the labour hire employment industry.

Malcolm Wright
(Business Development & Recruitment Consultant)

Malcolm has had 16 years experience within the Transport, Warehouse and Distribution industries. He has been a professional Recruiter and Senior Account Manager for over 2 years. Joining us in Sep 2008 Malcolm will be leading our team in his area of expertise to help better service our existing clients and broaden our service exposure in this area.

Sue Jones
(Recruitment / Administration Officer)

Sue has 14 years experience within the mining industry in various administration roles. She has been involved in almost every avenue of a mining operation on a practical level and also understands what issues are faced on a variety of levels of a mining company. Sue has completed tasks from store receival/delivery, goldroom security, geology/mining admin, payroll admin, Reception/Secretarial duties and the list goes on. Sue is a Goldfields girl and understand the pressures facing workers and companies in today's market. Sue's primary role is the ever important management of our accounts and payroll area as well as assisting in recruitment of mining professionals

Rebecca Hall
(Recruitment / Administration Officer)

Rebecca has been working in the Banking and Finance sector for the last 7 years and in the Administration field for 15 years. Rebecca has adapted to a variety of different tasks within these fields and so therefore brings with her an exceptional knowledge of these areas. Rebecca joins our team to assist in project recruitment and Training. 

Natalie Keep
(Recruitment and Administration Officer)

Natalie has worked in Supervisory and Mangement levels in a variety of industries for the past 10 years and brings with her a wealth of understanding in the area of recruitment and selection. Natalie joined us in November to assist us in delivering great service to our existing professional clients and to establish new relationships in her area of knowledge.

Aarron Edwards
(HR Consultant)

Aarron hold qualifications in Business. His background includes being an Operational Manager for Centerlink and also various positions in the Police Force. He provides support for clients as a Project Consultant covering areas such as Admin and HR. While he's not in this role, Aarron joins our Recruitment & Training Team.

Shannon Farmer

Shannon's background is diverse. He has experience coordinating section managers, lecturing, public speaking, organising and conducting seminars, conventions and workshops, staff counselling and handling public relations and media. His consultancy work led to developing and delivering various training programs and consults to a number of medical groups, lecturing, training and recruiting. He serves on a number of professional committees and boards and is a member of several international associations.

Bill Barnes

Bill is a skilled and accredited Certificate IV Trainer and Workplace Assessor. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience over many years within mining and heavy industrial industry. He also has developed programs and RPL assessment instruments that are WorkSafe WA approved. Bill’s vision is to make his services available to assist clients and employees with developing their skills to the level required to ensure a Safe Workplace.
