Contract labour provides our client with flexibility in its workforce and a means of addressing irregular work demands, peak-times and market fluctuations.

We source and employ the person required and agree on the employee pay rate. Charged on a transparent "cost plus" basis, a rate is negotiated inclusive of all statutory and administrative charges ("cost") and PP margin ("plus").

This structure also provides a viable and effective option to clients who may wish to "trial" an employee prior to engaging the individual on a permanent basis. PP offers this option on a "no fee" arrangement provided the employee is contracted for a period of no less than three (3) months.
